Börge Grauel, Co-Head Private Debt, is Equity Partner at YIELCO, and is also a member of the Investment and ESG Committee.

Between 2006 and 2018, he worked at Golding Capital Partners GmbH, most recently as Managing Director respon­sible for the global private debt investment program. In addition, he took care of mandate clients and accom­panied their entry into the asset class. Prior to this, he worked for 3 years as a strategy consultant in private equity at L.E.K. Consulting in Munich and London.

Since 2006, he has executed more than 210 invest­ments (primaries, secon­daries and co-invest­ments) with capital commit­ments of over EUR 8.6bn as due dili­gence respon­sible or member of the investment committee. He has invested in private debt, performing credit (senior loans and mezzanine), distressed debt and other oppor­tunistic credit strategies, as well as private equity and infra­structure equity strategies.

He holds a degree in Business Admin­is­tration and Inter­na­tional Management from the Univer­sities of Bamberg and Álcala de Henares, Madrid and is a member of the CFA Institute.
