Dr. Britta Lorenz, General Counsel, is Managing Director and General Counsel at YIELCO.
She has many years of legal expertise in the areas of private equity, stock corporation and corporate law and corporate governance. She started her career at UniCredit Bank AG in the legal department with a focus on international legal issues and structured finance, where she advised on numerous large acquisition and project finance transactions. Subsequently, as a director in the Principal Investments department, she was responsible for structuring and negotiating co-/direct fund investments as well as for legal support of the private equity portfolio. Last, she headed the Corporate Office – Supervisory Board of UniCredit Bank AG and advised the Management Board and Supervisory Board on all issues of stock corporation and supervisory law as well as corporate governance.
She completed her doctorate in corporate law at the University of Hamburg and she is admitted to the Munich bar.
