We have received your appli­cation. If we determine from your docu­ments that you are a good fit for YIELCO, we will usually initiate an initial interview with the relevant specialist department.

Invi­tation to an interview (in person if possible)

During the interview, we are keen to find out more about your back­ground and moti­vation. And of course you will also have the oppor­tunity to ask any ques­tions you may have. We usually have two rounds of inter­views so that we can get to know each other better.

If the second interview is also positive, we will promptly send you an attractive contract offer.
